Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep Pro access until then.

I'm not receiving job alert emails. What should I check?

First check your spam or promotions folder and mark our emails as safe. Then verify your alert description is specific enough to match jobs — very broad descriptions can produce no matches. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll investigate.
