1. Subscription renewals

Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date.

If you cancel, your subscription usually remains active until the end of the current paid period, and no future renewal charge will be taken.

2. General refund rule

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We do not typically provide prorated refunds or credits for partial use, unused time, or plan downgrades made after a renewal has already been processed.

3. When a refund may be granted

We may review refund requests in good faith when there is a clear billing problem or an exceptional service issue.

  • A duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
  • An accidental charge caused by a verified technical error.
  • A charge made after a valid cancellation request was completed in time.
  • A prolonged service outage or material failure that prevented core paid functionality from being used.
4. Trial periods and first purchases

If a free trial, promotional period, or special offer is provided, the terms shown at checkout will control that offer.

If a promotion includes different refund rights, those terms will apply for that purchase.

5. How to request a billing review

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include the email used for the purchase, the date of the charge, and any receipt or invoice reference you have available.

If the payment was processed by a third-party provider such as Paddle, parts of the refund workflow may also be handled through that provider.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we have a chance to investigate and resolve the issue directly.

We reserve the right to suspend access to the service while fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity is being reviewed.
